We have been tenants as well as landlords ourselves and know too well the issues that may arise from either side and their resolution.
We also have knowledge and experience in property maintenance and will endeavor to guide landlords in their maintenance aspect of their property. For tenants, we know from first-hand experience the need for the agent to be there for any issues or guidance and guarantee our first class service to our tenants.

Disputes and Complaints Procedure
Once you become an NRS Estates client either as a Tenant or a Landlord, disputes may arise.
NRS Estates do have an in-house complaints procedure in place.
Complaint's in writing usually take up to 14 days to fully investigate and reply to the complaint.
NRS Estates is a member of the Property Redress Scheme and as an arbitrator can look into issues that cannot be addressed by NRS Estates.
